Coir is the fiber extracted from the fibrous outer covering of the fruit of the coconut palm and is native to the tropics. It is 100% naturally driven and organic. Coir fibers are the basic substrate obtained from de-husking fully ripened coconuts from our mills. By further pulverizing the coir fiber, we get Coco Chips and de-fibering the same, we can recover Coco Peat and Fiber Lounges.

In order to guarantee high quality products, we maintain a strict control on the production procedure in our factories. We deploy labor and efforts in the production procedure to ensure that our factories are kept up in high standards and expectations of our customers.

Irrespective of any of our products to be manufactured, first and the foremost thing we do is to soak the fibrous husks in water reservoir for about 3-6 weeks to swell and make them soft (here only matured brown fibers are used and never the tender white fibers).

For Substrate manufacturing, we subject coco peat to undergo 4 staged processes.

  • Washing: To obtain low conductivity for clear substrate.
  • Drying: To humidify our substrate to its precision to get a compact structure.
  • Sifting: To procure all natural, aerated coco chips substrate.
  • Sorting: Every kind of products received by the end of processing are stocked according to their humidity rate and level of conductivity.

Our packaging comes in:

  • Palletized Stuffing
  • Loose Stuffing
  • Bundle Packing
